Training [ Digi Pass ]

Digi Pass is a comprehensive advanced-skills training solution designed for high-potential individuals. Training is delivered through our partner NGOs, CBOs, and RLOs, as well as virtually with support from an interactive chatbot. After completing the program, learners are connected to online job opportunities and BPO roles, allowing Digi Pass to serve as a direct sourcing solution for employers.
Konexio Africa’s Digi Pass program empowers refugees and underprivileged youth with market-driven skills (digital literacy, AI, soft skills, specialisations), preparing them to access real employment opportunities in the global digital economy.
Through practical training, mentorship, and job linkages, Digi Pass bridges the gap between talent and opportunity, enabling sustainable livelihoods and inclusive growth.
