With Link A, teams operate under Konexio’s quality assurance and project management.
Lead generation focus: we identify potential targets and handle email campaigns to expand your client base, we manage social networks and implement strategies to enhance your online presence.
Data: we provide data annotation and verification services for text, image, and video content, we conduct thorough researches, we offer coding services and AI GPT projects.
BP2O
A solution dedicated to BPO players who want to develop their impact sourcing, thanks to outsourcing services with wage portal (disadvantaged communities, refugees), with multilingual features.
Konexio Africa empowers BPOs to expand their operations by providing access to a diverse pool of pre-trained, vetted refugee professionals.
Our model allows BPOs to embed Konexio-trained digital workers directly into their teams, enhancing performance while advancing inclusion – administrative issues are taken care of by us as we are the primary employer, and support is provided for work permit processes.
