About us

Konexio Africa is a social enterprise (NGO entity) advancing digital and economic inclusion across Africa. Launched through a few pilots in 2019, and established in Kenya in 2024, we empower underserved communities with in-demand digital skills and link them to real job opportunities, mainly freelancing and BPO.

Through our Digi Pass training program and our impact outsourcing solutions Link A and BP2O, we connect training to employment, enabling global companies to access skilled, diverse talent from Africa. With operations in Kenya, Uganda and Malawi, we work with partners across sectors to build an inclusive digital economy where every person can thrive.

Konexio Africa is part of the same group as Konexio France and Friends of Konexio.

Our mission

At Konexio Africa we believe in digital inclusion to empower marginalized communities, especially women and youth in refugee camps and informal settlements.

Our goal is to provide them with digital skills and access to online income opportunities – unlocking pathways to autonomy, dignity, and financial stability.

Our mission is thus:

Preparing underserved talent for the jobs of tomorrow thanks to digital inclusion solutions
